xQuiD Eclipse Plug-in provides a complete Integrated Development Environment based on xQuiD Core, powering developers productivity by adding drag & drop web 2.0 development capabilites to the Eclipse Platform. Although, by now, this plug-in is not open-source, you can download it "AS IS" and use it freely. If you like it and want to use it to achieve business goals, you'll be interested to know that comercial support is available.
